The way oil is extracted affects it’s nutritional value and how it tastes in your food. Here at AVOCARE, we extract our extra-virgin avocado oil using a cold pressing process because it allows us to get the most oil and flavor out of an avocado without removing it’s nutritional properties. Extracting avocado oil through the cold-pressing process involves crushing the fruit and forcing out the oil. The silky green pulp goes through one cold-press process with the temperature kept at a steady 45° C. That process gently grinds and separates the oil to preserve all of the fruit’s nutritional properties and retain its delicious avocado essence. We only press AVOCARE Extra Virgin Avocado Oil once to claim Extra Virgin status, meaning it is unrefined with no chemicals and is 100 percent natural.
